To make an online contribution, please access the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health fundraising website. Once there:
1. Click the "Make a Secure Online Gift" button.
2. Complete the first page (Donor Information and Mailing Address).
3. On the second page, under "Where Would You Like Us To Apply Your Gift?", select “Other” and enter "School of Medicine - Stanford Math Project" in the text field.
4. Complete the remainder of the form.
